About my practice.

As a therapist, I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and build a life worth living. My approach to therapy is rooted in genuine curiosity, warmth, and connection. I understand that seeking therapy can feel daunting and I strive to create a supportive space where you can be your authentic self without fear of judgment. I draw on a variety of evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I tailor my approach to your unique needs and goals.

Whether you're navigating symptoms of anxiety, depression, or OCD, or challenges in your relationships or feelings of low self-worth, I am here to help you explore and understand your emotions and patterns in a way that promotes self-compassion and meaningful change. I believe that a life worth living is one that is consistent with our personal values.

In our work together, I will support you in learning evidenced-based skills to increase your capacity to cope with life's challenges, manage challenging emotions, and build resilience. My therapeutic values center on compassion and curiosity to support you in building a life worth living.
