Under the No Surprises Act, effective January 1, 2022, clients who are uninsured or not using insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining expected costs for services. This estimate helps ensure transparency and prevents unexpected charges. If you would like a Good Faith Estimate, it will be provided upon request or prior to the start of services. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises
